    Applications cannot be processed without required fees, proof of income, and photo id. To avoid any delays in processing, please submit copies of your two most recent pay stubs (and prior year's W-2 or 1099 form where possible) to verify employment/income. Income and other supporting data may attached below, submitted via email to processing@bertschproperties.com, or by delivery to the Bertsch Properties at 4554 N Maplewood Ave, Chicago IL. There is a 24 hour dropbox located in the lobby.
